Mannanase

Introduction:

This product is a high-yield and high-quality strain screened by R&D team of FINEWAY GROUP and manufactured by modern solid-state fermentation technology. The enzyme system consists of mannanase, xylanase, ACID PROTEASE, neutral protease, cellulase, pectinase, galactosidase, etc. Mannan is an important component of plant hemicellulose. It is a linear polymer connected by β - 1,4-d-mannose. The side chain of mannan is mainly composed of glucose unit, acetyl group and galactosyl group. β - galactomannan and β - glucomannan are the components of plant cell wall of Leguminosae (such as soybean meal and rapeseed meal), which are high content in the feed containing soybean meal. Mixing this product with feed can degrade the anti-nutritional factors in feed, increase the use of unconventional raw materials, reduce feed cost and improve the animal production performance.
