Chlortetracycline Premix (CTC)

Pharmacology:

Tetracycline antibiotics. A wide antibacterial spectrum and inhibition effect to Gram positive bacteria, Gram negative bacteria, spirochete, Rickettsia, mycoplasma,

chlamydia, and some protozoa. Chlortetracycline mainly combines with the A site of 30S subunit of microorganism to interfere the binding of aminoacyl tRNA and

30s subunits, therefore the amino acyl tRNA can not close to the acceptor site of mRNA, so it inhibits the extension of peptide in the protein synthesis.

Chlortetracycline can also block the releasing of synthesized protein peptide chain.

Indications:

It has inhibitory effect against Gram negative bacteria and Gram positive bacteria, and promote the growth of pig and chicken.

Forbid using in laying hen.

Withdrawal Period: 7days.
